This notice describes the Google-connected automation tools operated by 2523117 Alberta Inc. It covers these tools and their information pages. Other websites or business services can have their own privacy notices.

Information accessed through Google

Depending on the connection and the permissions granted, the tools can access Google account identity, Drive files and metadata, spreadsheet records, presentations, and Apps Script source, deployment, or execution information. Business files can contain personal or financial information entered into those files.

Purpose of access

The tools use authorized information to carry out configured document, spreadsheet, presentation, and business-workflow tasks; verify results; and diagnose or recover failed automation work. The requested Google permissions are shown during authorization.

Use of information received from Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Connected systems and service providers

A configured workflow can send selected information to the business systems needed for that task, such as a CRM or a team messaging system. These automations use Google services and can connect with configured HighLevel, HubSpot, Slack, and processing services. The information sent depends on the workflow the operator has configured.

Hosting and processing providers can process operational information to run the service and protect it from misuse. This public information site has no application form, upload feature, account connection, or advertising tracker.

Storage and retention

Business records remain in the configured Google and connected business systems. The automation infrastructure can also retain execution logs, audit receipts, reconciliation records, and recovery backups. Retention depends on each system's settings and the applicable business-record requirements.

Revoking a Google grant does not automatically remove records already created in those systems. Contact the operator to request review, correction, or deletion of information associated with these tools.

Authorization and access control

Google account access requires an authorization grant. Access to stored business records is also governed by the permissions on each connected system. Account owners can review and revoke Google grants on the Google Account connections page.

Changes to this notice
